It’s the community’s biggest party of the year. Think Mardi Gras or Carnival but sui generis. Making your presence known during this time is nonnegotiable, which is why we placed a print ad in the program for its one-of-a-kind river parade attended by the movers, shakers, and everyone else of the city. If you vote, you showed up and showed out in your best gear.
